All bedrooms are en-suite. The toilets in patients’ rooms are for patient use only. Visitors’ toilets are provided on each ward. Towels are provided in each room. Hairdryers are not supplied but are available on request from the nurses’ station. Heating is controlled by a central unit usually located inside the door. This can be turned up or down to suit individual needs. Windows can be opened, but not fully, for health and safety reasons. Beds are operated electronically and can be adjusted for individual comfort. There are televisions and telephones in all rooms.
If you do not want people to know that you are a patient in the hospital or if you would like to restrict your visitors or phone calls, just inform the admissions or ward staff.
We are extremely proud of the quality and taste of the fresh food we offer our patients. Our professional chefs prepare fresh food every day in our hospital kitchen, and where possible, we use locally sourced ingredients. A wide range of dishes are available with a menu that changes daily. We offer fresh food options for patients with special dietary requirements and allergies.
High-speed internet access
To help you stay connected with your life beyond the clinic, Whitfield Clinic has high-speed internet access in every inpatient room and public area in the main clinic building including the Atrium Café. Patients and visitors in the clinic, can easily stay in touch with friends and relatives.
