At Whitfield Clinic, we know the importance of eating the right food to fuel a healthy body and mind. Our head chef, Romain Bierry along with nutritionist Charlotte Cummins , have devised a menu that provides healthy options for our patients visitors and staff. This was in conjunction with the RTE Operation Transformation series, and allowed people to choose healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Whitfield Head chef Romain Bierry outlined the team’s commitment to giving patients a healthy choice. He said, “Our commitment to patients and visitors is to ensure that we provide them with daily, tasty, fresh and nutrient rich choices. We work with local producers to ensure market-fresh ingredients in all our recipes. Each morning the kitchen team creates every meal from scratch to ensure that our customers enjoy higher quality food with more taste.”
